The Future of Festival
A client of Curt Pringle & Associates, Shea Properties, requested a comprehensive marketing and community outreach strategy for a proposed housing development which included the creation of various marketing materials seen below. The project was named "The Future of Festival" after the shopping center it would be replacing and I was the lead on authoring, designing, and editing all of the following items.

This was an invite I designed that was digitally sent to hundreds of recipients for a Fall women's social event.

This infographic was designed to showcase the various community outreach initiatives CP&A did for our client, Rexford Industrial. This was mostly used internally by Rexford.
Our client, EMD, requested that we create a slide deck showcasing an available security grant for interested parties. This was the final result I developed.
